These costs are not included in your order total and must be settled directly by the recipient.Estimated Delivery: While international delivery windows depend on your local postal authority and customs clearance, orders generally arrive within 20 to 30 business days once dispatched.Please note that I pack very securely to protect the items from damaging, but it is still possible for something to happen during delivery, as ceramics and porcelain is inherently fragile and delivery companies under rare circumstances may be careless. So please maksure that you open the box and check the contents of the package thoroughly when it is delivered to you before signing on the receipt form. In any case, whether the package was handed to you or left on your doorstep, if you find that the contents was damaged, immediately contact me and send me the photos, then immediately contact your local delivery company and ask them to do the damage appraisal, then wait for further instructions from me and from the delivery company. You should keep the box and all the packaging exactly as it was for the inspection.
